Well, last weekend, we went to OSU.

Osu is a very interesting place just like Akihabara which has so many japanese stores located.

You can find japanese traditional stores, otaku shops, japanese foods shops, japanese fashion stores and so on.

さて、先週末、大須にいってきました。

大須は名古屋の秋葉原といったような場所で、たくさんのお店が集まっている商店街です！

日本っぽいお店や、おたくSHOPに、食べ物やさん、日本っぽい服やさん、などなど。

 

 

Osu had a big event that is always held in October!!

OIRAN geisha parade.

OIRAN is a japanese woman in the past who did !something!(*´∀｀) with men for money.

OIRAN is the most expensive and beautiful woman. When she was called by a man, they had a big parade just like the picture in order to walk to the man's house.

Only chosen men could buy OIRAN.

大須でビッグイベントがありましたっ。

花魁道中です！

花魁は昔、お金のために男性とちょめちょめした女の人のことです。

花魁は一番美しく、高級な女性で、花魁を呼んだ旦那のもとにいくために写真のようなパレードをしていました。

花魁は誰でもお金さえ払えば買えるわけでなく、選ばれし者しか買えませんでした。 

This is a little girl who is going to be an OIRAN in the future. She took care of OIRAN and studied from OIRAN.

We don't have OIRAN any more.

In the past, OIRAN used to be a fashion symbol.

I think we should be embarrassed to have had this kind of wicked system that young women were sold because they were poor. They could not escape easily.

Traditionally, this kind of event is very interesting, but we also need to know the reality at the same time.

もう現代に花魁はいませんが、昔は花魁がファッションの象徴になっていたころもあったみたいです。

貧しさゆえに若い女性が売られてしまう風俗制度は恥ずべきものだと思います。

彼女らは簡単に逃げ出すこともできませんでした。

伝統的にはこのような行事は興味深いものですが、同時に真実を知る必要もあると思います。

My daughter found this and begged me...

This was a little expensive, but worth it. . .because

大須でかわいいハロウィーンカボチャのおまんじゅうもかいました～

娘が見つけて買って買ってとうるさかったので(笑)

ちょっと高かったですが、その価値はありました～

Gallery and sports day 美術館と運動会

October has began!

This is a season of reading, movies and art!!

My daughter goes to english art school.

We had an event to go to a gallery.

こんにちわ～☆

10月が始まりましたね！ 

この時期は、読書の秋！映画の秋！そう、そして

芸術の秋！ということで、

娘は英語のアートクラスに習い事で通っていますが、そのスクールのイベントで、美術館に出掛けましたよ。

They drew a picture of plants.

The gallery had a botanical arts fair this time.

There was a lovely wood house and arts flowers and trees everywhere for children, which was sooo attractive to my daughter.

植物の絵を書いています。

美術館は今回は植物アートフェアをやっていて、

子供むけにかわいい木の家や作り物のお花や木がたくさん展示してあり、娘は大喜びでした。

I had thought galleries were unapproapriate for children because they made noise and run around the room.

But! I was not right. Children could learn many things at galleries.

私は今回行く前は、美術館というのは子供には似つかわしくないと思っていました。

ほら、子供はぎゃぎゃー騒いだり、走り回ったりしますよね。

でも！私は間違っていました。子供でも、美術館からたくさんのことを学んでいましたよ！！

Today was a sports day of my daughter's kindergarten.

She did a great job!

今日は娘の幼稚園の運動会でした～

is a lovely young lady from germany.

She is a kind and thoughtful girl.

I got a trouble on paypal because i was not used to etsy yet.

She was so patient to wait until i solved the problem.

私の最初のお客様は、今は大切な友達ですが、ドイツからのとっても素敵な女性です。

彼女はとっても親切で思慮深い女の子で、ペイパルでトラブルがあったのですが、問題を解決するまでずっと待っていてくれました。

She sent the pictures of her wearing ninja boots i made!

She found the beautiful forest to take the pictures!

The ninja boots look even more beautiful than real with a lovely german girl.

I appriciate her that i got a chance making the boots for her.

The end of summer 夏の終わり

I am enjoying the last of summer.

My family, my sister and her kid had a BBQ party at my house!

こんにちわ～

夏の終わりを満喫しています。

私の家族と妹家族でバーベキューパーティーをしました！

My husband had never tried putting on fire for

BBQ before, so he was kind of upset.

Anyway, he did really good job after all.

Thank you, darling!

旦那はBBQの火をつけるのが初めてで、焦ってやってました。まぁ、結局なかなかうまくいって良かったです！

The next day, we went to a zoo.

We had this lovely ice cream cone.

My daughter started to go to her kindergarten again because the summer vacation was over.

Now I have a little bit more time to do something.

I wonder what children are doing in the summer vacation all over the world?

娘の夏休みも終わり、やっと幼稚園がはじまりました。

何かできる時間がちょっとはもてるかな。

世界中の子供たちは夏休みって何をして過ごすのかな？素朴な疑問。

 

 

 

 

 

I want to write more about the family trip.

The second day, we went to TOBA aquarium.

My kids really love playing with animals, so they were enjoying the time.

 

さて、もう少し旅行のことについて書きたいと思います。

旅行二日目、鳥羽水族館にいってまいりました！

子供たちは動物と遊ぶのが大好きなので、とっても楽しそうでした。

 

 

Toba aquarium has just renewed and it has much more interesting places to see.

鳥羽水族館は最近リニューアルしたばっかりで、前よりずっとおもしろい場所がいっぱい

できていました！

 

 

They are soooo excited!!

子供たちは興奮しっぱなし！

It has amazingly sharp teeth. It will hurt if it bites me....

　before we went back home,

we walked around the traditional street with a lot of souvenir shops.

They have so many lovely japanese things!

 

こちらは、伊勢神宮にあるおかげ横丁です。

最後に、おかげ横丁を回りました。

伝統的な町屋通りにたくさんのお土産やさんがありました。

かわいい日本の雑貨がたくさんありましたよ♪

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

By the way,

I got a second customer who bought the ninja boots.

ところで、

二番目のお客さんが、地下足袋を買ってくださいました。

 

He is a gentle and cool man from US.

He chose this beautiful fabric.

アメリカのとても礼儀正しくて素敵な男性です。

 

 

 

The contrast is beautiful when the fabric is fold out.

 

裏地を折り曲げたときの、コントラストが美しいです。

 

 

 

 

For men, I chose brown ink for the shop logo.

男性なのでロゴのマークは茶を選びました。

 

I wish he would like the boots.

I was sooo happy to make his boots.

Hello!!

My daughter's summer vacation will be over soon.

This morning, I went out to the garden of my house, and I felt chilly.

This year's summer is strange.

The middle of August was toooo hot, but now it is already chilly in August.

I am afraid that somethng terrible is happening to the earth.

I really hope that this beautiful earth will last foever for our grand grand grand grand

......................children.

娘の夏休みも終盤に入ってきました。

今朝、庭に出たら、あらら、何だかひんやり。

今年の夏ってなんだか変ですね。

八月中旬までは異常な暑さだったのに、八月の終わりにはもう肌寒い。

何だか地球に異変が起きているような気がして怖いです。

私たちの子供の子供の子供の子供の・・・・・・ずっとずっと先の子供たちまで快適に

暮らせるようにずっと美しい地球のままでいてほしいです。

 

3days ago, we went to a family trip to ISE SHIMA which are in Mie prefecture.

Next year, ISE SHIMA summit is going to be held there.

The nature was so beautiful, and it was full of delicious foods and traditional places.

 

３日前ですが、伊勢志摩鳥羽のほうへ旅行に出かけてきました。

伊勢志摩といえば、来年伊勢志摩サミットが行われますね～

自然も綺麗だし、おいしい食材や歴史的な場所ももりだくさん♪

 

 

 

Small islands and sea and the sky.

They were well matched and so refreshing.

 

小島、海、空。

どれもが調和していてとれもリフレッシュできました。

 

My daughter loved the place too.

娘もこの場所が気に入ったみたいです♪

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We also went to Shima Spain Village which is a big amusement park.

She is pretending a spainish princess if front of a beautiful statue.

スペイン村にも行きましたよ～

スペインっぽい綺麗な像と噴水があったんですが、娘はプリンセスでも

気取っているのか、すまし顔でパシャリ。

 

We rode many attractions,too.

This is a 3D theater. She is wearing too big glasses.....

Can she look well? I don't know.....

 

アトラクションもたくさんのりました。

これは３Ｄシアターです。メガネでかすぎ。。。

ちゃんと見えていたかしら。。。？

 

 

 

 

 

We had a parade!! Wow!!!! My daughter and son were afraid of the big face.....

The dancers were soooo beautiful and amazingly dancing well!!!

 

パレードもありました！！！子供たちは巨大な顔に怖がっていました。

ダンサーたちは本当にダンスが上手でとっても綺麗でしたよ～

 

It is a ice world. it was just like we were in a big refrigerator.

We were shaking and screamed.'' too cold!!!! Cold!!! coLD!!!!!!''

 

氷の世界です、大きな冷蔵庫の中にいるみたいでした。

もうガクガクブルブルしながら叫びましたよ。

「さむい、さむーい！！！さむーーーーー！！！！」

 

 

 

I felt like I was really in a spainish village.

I love the houses sooo much.

European houses are soooo pretty, although japanese are good,too.

 

本当にスペインの村にいるような気分になれました♪

こういう家ってとっても素敵！！

日本の家もいいですが、ヨーロッパの家ってとってもかわいいです。

 

 

 

 

 

At a souvenir shop, I told my daughter that she could buy just one souvenir for her.

She chose this candy. When I was little, I chose the same one.

I know we are the mother and daughter.

 

お土産やさんで、娘に１つだけ何か買ってあげるねっていったんです。

そしたら、娘はこのキャンディを選びました。

私が子供のときも、同じものを買ったのを思い出しました。

やっぱり親子ですねぇ。。。。

 

 

 

 

 

 

I shiped 2 handmade goods this week.

This is a FUKUSA small bag for wedding.

FUKUSA is very common in Japan.

We put money to celebrate in here when we are invited to a wedding party.

A japanese young woman bought this.

 

こちらはふくさです。

ふくさは結婚式のときにつかう小さなバッグみたいな？ものです。

日本では一般的。

結婚式に招待されたときにお祝い金を入れてもっていくんです。

こちらは、日本の女の子が買ってくださいました♪

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I shipped the boots that I wrote the last time.

Lovely German young lady bought the pair of Ninja boots.

前に書いた地下足袋も発送しました♪

素敵なドイツの女性が買ってくれました。

 

 

 

I made the LOGO mark of my products,too.

一花　is my daughter's name.

It means one flower.

I hope my customers would feel a flower to their life when they use my products.

 

お店のマークも作りました。

一花　は私の娘の名前です。

ひとつ　の　花　という意味です。

私の商品を買ってくださったお客様がそれを使ったときに、花を添えたように

感じていただけますように、と願いをこめて♪
